At work I have to make bank deposits involving large amounts of currency, but I am really slow at counting stacks of money. How do I physically move my fingers so I can quickly and accurately count money, for example a stack of $20 bills?

I'd hold the stack in my off hand with the thumb lightly on top, then use your good hand's thumb to slide the bills off the top. I count like this:
Twenty Forty Sixty Eighty One, Twenty Forty Sixty Eighty Two, Twenty Forty Sixty Eighty Three. That way I can keep track of hundreds easily.
