Tons of ways but the BEST I have found is a program called Bulents Screen Capture. No malware! Lots of options and will record video too not to mention free!

You do a print screen by pressing on CTRL and the print screen key at the top of your keyboard. Then go to Clipboard or NotePad or Word or whatever you have and position the cursor. Then click on Edit on the top line and select paste. Whatever screen print you chose will be displayed. You can then print it or save it from there.

Bring the scene that you want to capture up on screen and press the "print screen" button on your keyboard (on top near the "F12" key) this puts the screen shot on the clipboard.
Open Microsoft paint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint or your favorite graphics program.
***powerpoint works the best if you have the software, just paste ***the image onto an blank slde and resize
***in your graphics program***
Go to edit menu then select paste
OR
Hold the "ctrl" key and press "V" to paste the screen shot into your program.
Print from your graphics program

On your keyboard, you will see your "Home" "End" "Delete" keys. Above these keys you will see a key that says "PrtScn" and "Insert".
All you need to do is hold in "Alt" and press the "PrtScn" key. Then you can go into Word or Paint and click Paste and then print it.
