can you afford to buy a bunk bed??? it would save a lil more space by eliminating one of the beds.

-put all the beds on the same wall all coming out straight with the head of the bed against the wall, stack the totes 2 by 2 and put the toy box between the stacks???

It would help a little if you gave the size of the bedroom! Also, how tall are the 20 gallon totes??? would they fit under the bed? Is there a closet in the bedroom? what size dressers do you have??? I know that there was a time that I had one of those 4 draer chests which i was able to put a small shelf on top of and use for storage, stuffed animals etc. maybe you could do something like that! It's really hard to say since we have no clue of sizes and dimensions!

I feel for you though, i have a hard time arranging with the small space that I have in my bedrooms.
