where can i find to apply for immigrant to canada.?

acttualy i'am lving in kuwait and i would like to visit canada,because there is no future here in kuwait and maybe i can find it there for the goosd future of my son, and my son is with in kuwait. maybe you can help me about this and what are the requirement to go visit canada, I am staying here for almost 10 year's and nothing happen,just the money going to my apartment and the food i dont have for the future of my life.Can i apply for family visa or not.
