No way! I used to clean houses for a living, and you know what? I liked the dirtiest ones best, cuz when I was done, I got a feeling of satisfaction when I looked over it! Cleaning the "clean" ones was extremely boring. So make a big mess today and help your cleaning lady out!

It's always a good idea to pick up after yourself even if you have a cleaning person coming in. Especially with children. Wait until they are both running around the house getting into things and you'll see what I mean. It's a new WIC product called Instant Tornado, just add toddlers. lol I used to do professional house cleaning. And almost all the houses with children did some picking up after the kids, otherwise it gets out of hand real quick. Good luck.

I guess is depends why you hire a cleaning lady? I think it's an good idea to hire a professional once every six months, but after that it's a good idea to clean a little every day (10-15 minutes) to maintain a nice living environment. You'll save some money and it will be more satisfying.

Well, I wouldn't leave the dishes in the sink. The dust on the shelf, that can wait. Mopping the floor? Wait, let her do it, unless its just really gross and sticky. Vacuuming the living room, probably do that myself, it's going to be needed again tomorrow anyway. I mean, that is what you pay her for, but let's not be a total slob about it, ok?

Clean a little today and a little tomorrow, and a little everyday and your house will stay spotless without having to do a bunch of work on one day.

Just wait for the cleaning lady. That is what you are paying her for, right?

Yeah, clean your house. Then send the cleaning lady to my house, she'd have lots of job security that way! LOL

LoL I wouldn't clean anything before she comes but then again I'm a lazy b*tch. I don't have a cleaning lady and I still don't clean.
