What happened that made her leave in the first place? If for no reason that you can think of,She may be bored of the same ol same ol. I would call daily to make sure she knows that she is always on your mind. Can you get her to come home.Maybe set up a candlelight dinner at home so you both can sit down and talk to find out exactly what the problem is and how you can change things to make sure she is happy and would want to come back and be your loving wife like she once was.|Compromising and communication is key.No amount of candy and flowers can fix every problem.

She has been your girlfriend for 12 years and you had a child together 6 years ago. Where is the ring? Where is the proposal?
you had 6 yrs + a baby + another 6 years. Wake up, she needs time to get over you and move on to a guy who is going to commit.

When my wife and I first separated, I used to tell her that I needed time. She would call everyday, and it drove me crazy. I just couldn't tell her was that I needed time AWAY from her, and possibly that there was no limit as to the amount of time I needed. If she is the one that has asked for time, then she is the only one that can answer this question.

I'm sorry for you my friend, but the only real answer to this question is going to be "when she calls you" not how long do you wait to call her. You may have to realize that it is over and that she may never call. Don't TRY anything...just let it run its course.

Again, I'm sorry for your pain. Focus on your daughter, she will need you and her Mother to be at your best through this. Don't get angry, don't fight with her Mom, just love your daughter.

get your mind off of it maybe she'll come back but no use in moping around till she decides what she wants but if she don't call soon you need to ask her is she threw with you so you can move on with your life even if it hurts you if she don't love you you have to let her go

Give the daughter a cell phone, and call her only.
The gf doesn't want to talk to you now, you should respect that.
