I am to 11 weeks pregnant and I have been very sick. I find it if you eat 6 small meals versus 3 large meals I'm not as sick I try to snack on healthy things like grapes, carrotts, celery sticks, any type of fruit or vegetable. Try keeping a bowl of it in the fridge so when your hungry you can grab it and go. Make sure you stick with water but also drink juices so that your body gets the sugars and you have something in your stomache besides water. It will come right back out

It can be completely normal in a pregnancy to loose your appetite. With my second child I lost my appetite and was actually loosing weight. My Dr. said everything was fine and that the baby would still grow just fine. Make sure you do eat healthy and drink plenty of water (That helped me as well). Also i had to eat several times a day(little servings) instead of 3 big meals. Just hang in there it will get better. Good Luck and Congratulations on the baby:)

I didn't have morning sickness, but until the start of my second trimester, I didn't have much of an appetite, either. You do need to eat, however. Make healthy choices, but don't feel the need to stuff yourself, either. It probably won't be too much longer before you find yourself wanting to eat everything in sight!

This is perfectly normal in your 1st trimester, you may even loose some pounds due to it. But don't worry unless your doctor tells you there is reason.... in your 2nd trimester you're sure to get your appetite back!!

Just be sure to eat something. Try small portions of healthy food, like yogurt or fruit and veggies. Something small but healthy. Try soup and crackers. And be sure to take your vitamins so the baby is still getting what it needs.

It's not that uncommon. My brothers gf is pregnant for #2 right now and she is always sick and not hungry much. For her first child she wasn't sick and she had lots of cravings.
Every pregnancy is different. Just make sure when you do eat you're not eating junk. Drink V8 or other drinks like that just to make sure the baby is going to be okay with the little she/he gets.

Yes, I had that and it gets better. Just keep drinking water, which I found to help out a lot w/headaches and nausea.

I would recommend "a girlfriend's guide to pregnancy" by vicki lovine, very helpful info in there :)
