I am been nausea and I actually threw up after dinner Saturday night. The nausea started Saturday morning. Is it food poisoning or pregnancy? Gross I know, sorry

Food poisoning is usually accompinied by diarrhea (usually green and a lot) along with the vomiting. But there can be other reasons for the nausea and vomiting such as the flu or other sicknesses. But sounds like you are suspecting pregnancy, maybe you should try a pregnancy test. Since by the time you would get nausea you would be far enough along to test.

Most of the time food poisoning is going to work its way all the way out of your system (so to speak lol). However there is a virus going around here in the US called a norovirus it causes one or two days of vomiting and nausea.

Yes you can just have vomitting with food poisoning. Usually after the vomiting you have the runs. It passes in 24-48 hours. If you have fever with it, see your ER asap, as this can be a more dangerous form of poisoning.
Or it could be the flu... or it could be pregnancy. :)

Could be either one. No way to know for sure, until your period is due and you take a test.
