Some cars will reset themselves when the air pressure is within 5 lbs of each other, but I assume you have checked that. GM cars have a reset button in the fusebox inside the drivers door jamb. Turn the key on but dont start the engine, press the red reset button and see which light begins to flash; press and release it until the tire light flashes, then press and hold it for about 10 seconds. You should here a chime and the light should go out. Your owners manual has this info in it.

key on engine offf hold the display button on your radio ( radio off) after a few seconds "settings" will appear use the seek button to scroll thru settings till tire mon comes up after u reset an adible chime will sound

Don't know what car you have, but on my Buick Century the "tire rest" button is in the fuse box.
