it is a family car and used regulary what is the correct tyre pressure

there is nothing in the door frame area can anyone just tell me the pressure for front and rear tyres

Volkswagen sometime put tyre pressure info on the inside of the fuel filler flap. Its there on my WV.

Look in the door frame area for a placard with tire inflation info.

32psi front and rear for normal driving

but you will have to check tyre size to be sure
