How do you build the dam in Virtual Villagers: The Lost Children?

You might have seen my questions before... ALL TALKING ABOUT VIRTUAL VILLAGERS: THE LOST CHILDREN!
Nobody gives me the answers I'm looking for!
Please help me because I need top know how you build and dam and clear out the ocean!

You have to have level 2 engineering (and I think farming) and then your builders/farmers will build it when you drag them to the rocks in the stream. Still trying to figure out how to get the special fish to fix the ocean...but I think I need higher level farming/engineering to do it.

To clear the ocean, you need level three farming, then have your master farmers fish in the pool (keep trying)...everyone keeps seeing something in the bottom of the pool...what could that be? ; )
