Since it's a federal holiday and USPS is a federal agency no. If you're on a campus or somewhere that has their own internal mail center there might be as they may be processing mail from the week prior and saturday. I'm with a state agency and though there is no mail coming in from USPS we are still getting mail from what was delivered to them over the weekend.
