She already hates her life, and her job, that is why she acts that way. Do you really think that you can make it worse?

She bullies you, because you let her. Pick your battle, and CALMLY stand up for yourself and tell her to leave you alone (or whatever you want her to do) because you are finding it difficult to be productive when she acts unprofessionally. Do it in person, not in e-mail, so there is no paper trail to bite you on the butt later.

You can always look for a different job.

Turn the page on her. Start micromanaging her stuff but don't stoop to her level and gossip, bully etc.....

Have you spoken to the Human Resources Dept? They are supposedly taught how to handle this type of mess. What about the boss? Is management aware how uncomfortable this makes you? If not let them know. Start documenting everything she does. Make sure she sees you taking notes. Do you have any witnesses? other victims? get some office friends and have them start the same type of documentation. You could also threaten to call the Office of Civil Rights. Look in the Govt sect of phone book for number. You could give her the law on this type of office behavior and the steps you can take to legally have her removed or demoted from her current position. You could also mention a restraining order of it gets too bad. I would open up dialogue with the HR dept and your boss. Good Luck as these type of people never retire it seems. Do you really like your job? if not that important start looking for another.

Take her to lunch. this would set her off look after. Then tell her which you think of a few human beings % you as being an workplace bully, micromanager only as you have defined her and ask her how she would settle in this? on occasion while human beings develop into like this that don't see themselves as others an pointing this out to her she in all probability will do a self examine. If she does not, save notes and a each and every day log. while time comes present day this log on your HR supervisor and ask for determine. they are obligated by ability of regulation to check your written criticism and determine matters. observe this would lower back hearth and that they might % you because of the fact the subject yet greater desirable than probably she is giving all people else this physique of concepts and that they don't have the written documentation to treatment this. in case you do not get consequences touch your close by exertions and employment attorneys workplace for a unfastened consultation.

You need to find another job, this one will never give in nor will she ever stop.

Perhaps you can start Eating Raw Garlic in the Morning and not shower for a week at a time, that might entice her to change cubes.. Or better yet bring in broccolli and let it sit in your desk until it rots.

LOL

If your calling her a bully because she is a no nonsense type that won't put with your antics than you should just look for another job. She's obviously good at her job, thats why she's lasted so long there.

If you like your job, try being nice to her, actually following her suggestions. You might find that by doing your job without complaining about it or muttering about her under your breath you might find that you actually can get along with her.
