Not only would we not know about all the lies (who wants to dig through the NY Times every day?) but we also would be less aware of just how idiotic some of our elected leaders are! Personally I think leaders ought to have a little something going on upstairs, they don't have to be Rocket Scientists but they should at least have some clue without needing to buy a vowel.
