the guy has told me he has sold the company, but i know full well he is lying and i now have his contact number and address, i know full well he is njot going to pay me back, so whats the best way of getting my money back without getting into trouble - solicitors would be too costly and dont stand a chance of getting it back

citizens advice bureau and the small claims court is the best bet.
