When can I expect a positive pg test?

I ovulated on feb. 9th, I did have sex on the 9th with all the pain in the ovary and clear, stretchy disharge. When can I test for a positive pg test? My period is due for Feb.25.

But a doctor's blood test may be able to a couple of days before that. If either of these tests are negative, it does not necessarily mean that you are not pregnant, it may have just been too early to test. Some women won't show up positive until a week after their missed period. As everyone's HCG hormone increases at different rates and implantation can vary within a few days there is not a set time that it should be positive by, by a week after your missed period you should for sure have a positive test but then again if there is no period and no positive a blood test at the drs might be positive.
