Does anyone know of a website for restaraunt health departments in Michigan?

There is a restaraunt that my family frequents and my sister will be getting married in their banquet facilities in May. Well, they have a fruit fly infestation problem and I have talked to the General Manager 3 times and they are still there. Mind you this is the dead of winter in Michigan these things should not even be alive! Can I leave an anonymous tip with the health department? Will they shut them down and make them fix the problem? They hover over food, wine, etc.. It is disgusting. Please help

Call the Michigan Department of Health, they should be able to tell you what you are able to achieve.
