Its a project and i need ideas. We have to pretend to be a guidance counselor talking to future high school students and we need to convince them in to taking PERSONAL FINANCE COURSE. What things do i say to convince them. Keep in mind we have to convinve kids in like eigth grade.

Tell them that the principles in this course can help them get rich, or be able to retire in comfort, vs. living in a dumpy little apartment or housetrailer eating cat food because all they have for income is social security.

Ask Questions leading them up to the topic. When they see the logic of it then introduce them to the class curriculum.

Tell them it's required? If that doesn't work, tell them that if they know how to handle money, they'll become rich in the future.
