I went to Lexmark's website. That printer is not Mac compatible. Sorry. Link below is for their Mac OS X compatibility list.

If you're sure they aren't included in OS X, go to the Lexmark website and see if they have OS X drivers.

If not OS X specific, their Linux drivers may also work, if available.

If your Mac is new or you have AppleCare, call Apple for support.

NOTE: Not all printers are supported. You may have to replace your printer. look at the list in OS X before you buy.

Finder > Utilities > Printer Setup...

It's not compatible with a Mac, so unless it's pre loaded toss it out.
