Probable bad wheel bearing

Sounds like it could be the wheel bearings or something in the brake system.

Check to make sure your lug nuts are tight and if you haven't noticed a problem with the brakes, I would have your rear wheel bearings looked at by a trusted mechanic.

Good luck

You don't mention how old your vehicle is, but most of the time, the rubbing noise you'll hear will be a bad bearing.

A good way to know for sure is to raise both rear tires off the ground and spin the wheels by hand. You should consitantly feel or hear the grind/resistance if a bearing is bad.

Should you find it to be the case, have a certified mechanic replace the bearing and races.

Yes, take it in and have it seen about as soon as possible, or face the possibility of a wheel coming off and making it real hard to stay on the road. It's a strange feeling to see your right rear tire passing you on the road as you drag the pavement and slow down quite quickly.

hi, first of all no count number if that's no longer blowing chilly, then do no longer run it. The noise you're listening to would desire to be your blower motor or the compressor itself. generally while you're very low on freon the compressor won't run to ward off from burning up.. Rule of thumb.. AC contraptions shouldn't leak.. in case you need to recharge it, it definately has a leak someplace and that's what you're smelling.. some human beings will recharge their unit in the event that they have an extremely sluggish leak, and that they even have new stuff on the motor vehicle aspects which will seal some small leaks.. even though, no count number if it relatively is a considerable leak, you need to have it clinically determined and repaired.. Any leak must be fastened... desire this enables you..

Have you (or anybody else) taken that wheel off recently? Check your lug nuts and make sure they are tight. Push on the top of the wheel. If it wobbles it is probably your wheel bearing.
