The "BCC" line does not appear in OutLook Express, why? How to make it appear?

Now, only "To", "CC", and "Subject" lines appear when I compose a new message. I want to use "BCC" line.

double click on the "to" and you will see more choices.

Check either your right mouse click options
Or go to Options under the System and select BCC in the setup. Usually a right mouse click will display all the possible, fields, and you just have to left click on the BCC

In the message, click "View", "All Headers". This will make the BCC line visible.
