First of all rphil04 doesnt know what he is talking about.I've been a fan since the Cow Palace days in 91'.Through the highs and lows of being a fan,I cheered for them when they went a god awful 11-71-2 (1992-93).I was proud to be a fan of the boys in teal the next year (1993-94) The Sharks had the greatest turn-around in NHL history. They went from (24 pts) to posting a (33-35-16) record earning them (84 pts) and reaching the playoffs for the first time. Two words "JAMIE BAKER" enough said.Sorry Wings fans! hehe not really.I'm a fan when we get knocked out in the first round of the playoffs,I'm a fan when we knock the president trophy winner out of the first round (2 times) I'm a fan when we raise our first division banner 01-02 and I remained a fan when we missed the playoffs the following year because I know thats what being a true fan is all about.I did'nt become a Sharks fan when they raised thier second division banner and made it to the Conference finals. If you can cheer a team when they achieve greatness, then you should also cheer and stand by them when they suck!! And rphil04 do your research.Sharks fans our some of the most loyal in the league-I don't know where you got this bandwagon theory from unless your team is sucking this year and your now looking to be a Sharks fan. Then again you probably just go for the cool logo and colors thing.I'm a true fan of my teams and they have all sucked at one point or another, but this is what i stood by my teams through. SHARKS lows 11-71-2 highs 03-04 western conference finals (thanks 4 nuthin Sutter,Kippy)LOL
RAIDERS lows Al Davis,L.A.,-S.B.blowout & 2-14 (06)highs 3 S.B. -YANKEES lows Stienbrenner,1980'S only decade they didnt make the world series. I had to go 18 yrs before seeing them champs again 78-96 highs NO ROOM and the CELTICS...all i can say about this one K.C.Jones Bird,McHale,Ainge,Parrish,D.J,and the Boston Garden-Still a fan but they became a defunct team when they all retired.highs NO ROOM--Anyways,stay true to your teams Be a TRUE FAN! I'm outta here and We miss you in the bay D.Remenda GO SHARKS!!!

Yes, I am and they are gonna win the Stanley Cup this year! Altho they are on a small losing streak right now, I feel they will peak at just the right time. We have a solid team with one of the best powerplays and one of the best 1-2 punch players in Marleau and Thornton. We have 2 starting goaltenders in Nabby and Vesa. We have depth, youth and size. We're just kind of hanging around now, but we'll put it all together and make a run for the division and conference lead soon. And next year....watch out for Devon Setoguchi!
