My five year relationship is in trouble. Neither one of us wants to say its over. We don't see eye to eye on most issues, but have several things in common. I saw my ex last month and avoided what could have been a hot a heavy situation. Now I can't stop thinking about my ex, we also had a four year solid relationship, but I was very insecure at that time and made things a bit uncomfortable for both of us. Now my ex is calling often just to say hello. My ex is also in a relationship. What do I do? HELP!

You don't mess with the ex until you have things sorted out on your end. He also needs to be available as well. Do yourself a favor and concentrate on figuring out if you want to stay with your present guy rather than becoming involved with a past memory.

Think about what you just said...Your ex is in a relationship and he is calling you frequently. If you almost got into something hot and heavy, he knows you are an easy mark. Do you want to start a releations ship with a guy who obviously is willing to cheat?

And if you are willing to cheat on your boyfriend, what does that say about you. If you're unhappy, get out of the relationship before you try and hook up with someone else and be careful who you end up with. They should be free from relationships also.

Something you have now has lasted a year longer for some reason. Why did the last relationship? It seems you were happy. What you are both doing is devious and wrong to you bf/gf.Suggest counseling if you want things to work out with this guy.The other relationship didn't last for a reason.Remember why you love the man you are with.

If it was worth having you wouldn't of split up.It's hard to forget the past .Well 1 of you are going to have to call it quits or go bonkers.Go foward not back.
