4857 miles east of 30 degrees 13 minutes E longtitude:

1 second of longitude at 51 degrees north latitude = 63.938 feet.
4857 miles = 25644960 feet = 401091.06 seconds of longitude

therefore 4857 miles = 6684.85 minutes of longitude
which in turn = 111.414 degrees

The location at 51 degrees 16 minutes N, 141 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds E is ... just off the west coast of the former USSR - in the northernmost part of the Sea of Japan. There is a weather station about 1 degree of latitude due north, known as POGIBI RUSSIA (RUSSIAN FEDERATION (ASIAN SECTOR)). The station ID is 32027.

Check the website below for more info on the station and its location.

Following the 51°16' parallel directly east, the final point is

51° 16' N, 141° 12' 39.2" E

using the GRS1980 ellipsoid. That puts you at the northernmost end of the Sea of Japan, between Sakhalin Island and the mainland of Siberia.

It's about Latitude 51 and Longitude 162.

I don't have a globe, which would make itt easy to find. But it seems like that would put you somewhere in the middle of the Bering Sea between the Alexander Archipellago and the Aelutian Islands: http://www.ed-u.com/latitude-and-longitude.htm#S
