I would at least wait until he gets a legal separation or divorce. He would probably go back to his wife because of the twins so be careful messing with a married man with children.

Possibly seperated? No, not until its completely done and over with. First of all men with kids tend to go back to their wifes if they can work things out and you would just be something for him to play with in the meantime.
Secondly you don't want to be the person that keeps 2+ children without a father at home. You aren't sure if he's seperated and you don't even know how many children he has (2 plus?) so you can't be that attached to him. Leave him alone and find one that doesnt already belong to someone.

u only know what this man is telling u, if he is not divorced than no u should not even be talking to him. as the heart that breaks could well be your own, if he decides to go back to the wife. just best not to get involved in the drama, he has kids and has a family, don't be the one he has the affair with, he is looking for someone to sleep with, because maybe his marriage needs some work. don't fall for what he is telling u.

If you mean talk as in just talk, go for it. I'm sure that he could use a friend to lean on, especially if he is getting separated and, I assume, divorced. At the same time, don't let him lean too hard. He is going to be vulnerable, or angry, or whatever, and that, coupled with the feelings that you have for him, could lead to something that you will both regret later. Be there for him, and in time, after the divorce is passed, you may be able to have a relationship with him.

If you want your heart broken, cause yourself stress, and generally mess yourself up in the head, then go for it. If you'd like to avoid all of the above, forget about him and find someone who is legally divorced AND ready to date again. Nothing worse than a man who isn't quite over his ex wife...

STAY AWAY!!! Don't get into a headache that's not even really begun yet. And trust me you don't want to deal with the BS that is child support! You will never have anything that you want with him cuz his ex will have him paying out of his *** .
Why don't you go find a nice UNmarried guy that has NO kids. ( I know now a days that's next to impossible)

Should you? That's up to you...but until you know his situation, I'd hesitate to pursue anything. Also, why go after someone who (at best) is just coming out of a marriage? Why be the rebound girl? Give him time to get closure on one relationship, before chasing him to start another.

If you are young, never been married, and don't have kids, stay FAR AWAY ... too much BAGGAGE. If not, and you REALLY love him, go for it.
You may be attracted to the potntially unavailable challenge of it all ... wait it out for a while.

You need more info before you talk to him. Be sure that's he is through with his marraige before you set yourself up for heartbreak
