I don't think you are helping yourself or your baby when you get all worked up, but we can't know exactly what effect it causes either. When I was 34 weeks pregnant with my son (my 2nd) my mother passed away. That was an emotional rollercoaster (losing her, pciking out a casket and the funeral...I was a real train wreck!!!) My son was jsut fine though and I imagine that your baby will be too. Just try not to argue (at the very least it can't be good for your blood pressure LOL).

Usually when you have emotions like crying, anger, and sometimes even sadness your baby can sense your moods. I would eat something sweet or some chocolate, drink some juice and lay on your left side...if the baby doesn't kick atleast 5 times in an hour... i would go in or call your doctor...

The baby probably felt a little with you shortness of breath, but the baby is fine, as long as you continue sleeping and eating regular, you have nothing to worry about.

Your baby will be just fine. However they have done studies to show that babies do respond to stress, so try and keep yourself calm!
