I like metal music mostly but i like country and classical. But on yahoo music the top 20 is pathetic!!

Mainstream music mainly appeals to small minded people that need to be spoon fed and told what is cool. Why else would anyone listen to schtuff like Britney or Simpson.
If you can't buy it on LP, it isn't worth listening to. That is my current motto.

The main audience for the music in the Top 20 is teenage girls,so its gonna suck.

I'd have to agree ... although there's a few good songs in there, most of it is junk. Seeing these top 20 lists really make me wonder what happened to music.

Thanks for asking this! I totally agree with you. First off, I HATE what the radio plays!! I wish they would focus on other bands and different types of music as well. But its all about the money. That is it!! I wish it would change. But I don't think it ever will. And I totally agree with what fugazi48 is saying. That makes a lot of sense.

totally agree. Most music that is coming out now is absolute crap.
