Since we don't know your age, we really can't guide you well. You will find sites geared for elementary, secondary undergraduate and so on, so you need to sift through them independently.
Are you looking for a specific age or class? Dinosaurs, hominids, bacteria?
Any science project should contribute to the body of knowledge of its audience, so who are you informing? What do they know already and what do you want to teach them?
Part of any good research project begins with finding sources- so put some keywords in a search engine like the one at the top of the page and go fossil hunting.
Good luck!

What do you want to do with the fossils for the project? What is your investigation?
