I plan to buy them at Macy's at the Ticketmaster counter. The concert is selling out fast and the tickets just started on Saturday! I want to buy them so I dont miss out, but there's a chance I may not make it to the concert. I dont think I know anyone who would buy them from me. Would I be able to get them refunded if I can't make the show?

The ONLY time Ticketmaster will refund ANY tickets is if the concert is cancelled or postponed.

Totally easy, buy the tickets for sure, and if for some reason you can not make it to the concert list them on Craigslist.com
I have sold a lot of concert tickets on Craigslist. It's very easy and it's free. Just do not accept a offer of purchase from anyone using a cashiers check. They have had a huge scam problem with people passing bad cashiers checks. It's cash or it's not.

You can't get a refund for it. I was at the same position as you one time and I wasn't able to get a refund.
