personally i think it looks atrocious and so false it is comical

They think guys like it for some reason and maybe some do. Personally is does nothing for me as I much prefer the natural look and smaller size.

Actually mine are saline and I got a moderate size for my body size and they look and feel very natural, You really can't tell they're fake if you get a skilled surgeon and stay reasonable with the size!
