This is such a special edition, I am not sure anything other than an appraisal by a professional would help you. An appraiser or a rare book dealer will be able to find out what the other copies have sold for, if any.

For more run of the mill books, I recommend:
Check used books sites like abebooks.com. If someone else has one, there will be a price listed. Remember this is an asking price, not a selling price, though.

Ebay has a feature that you can search sales for the last 30 days. If anyone has sold one there, you can see what it sold for. You can also sign up to get an email when something in your saved search criteria is listed, so you can track if anyone sells one.

An independent bookseller may have an idea as well.
