I have a wide set, bulbous nose and I was wondering if it's true that you can minipulate the cartilage of the nose by pinching it up and in for ten minutes at a time to reduce the width. I wonder if this could cut off blood circulation, damage the cartilage or swell the nose even more. Has anyone gotten results by tring this wacky claim?

No, pinching it won't do anything. Your nose has several layers of tissues and nerves, and only a plastic surgeon can correct this problem. If you keep doing it, you will most likely damage the nerves.

I really don't think pinching will do anything more than make you look silly and take up 10 minutes of your day =/

it is not medically proven. even if you did manage to do it, it would most probably be uneven. i think the only solution is to get a nose job.
