The special gimmick going for Dave Matthews Band is the entire band "jumps" out and jams a song--nothing is written, arranged or rehearsed. The band simply makes noise and it all works out well.

Matthews even goes one better and says his lyrics often "just fly" during these groovy jam sessions, too.
