I grew up in predominantly white areas. I live in a oredominately white area. 60% of the women say that they think their husbands are gay. 20% say that their husbands like spending time with other men that with women ( even women they have had affairs with). Is this just something that occurs in top 1% income society or is this universal? Thanks.

Some of the people above failed to note that you used the word MARRIED. I am beginning to wonder about this myself!

It's good that you can be objective and question things and not believe everything you hear like a lot of people. The women who believe their husbands may be gay do not know unless they have seen them partake in that sort of activity or at least seen signs of it. Most are probably speculating. Some men enjoy spending time with other men for the same reason some women enjoy each other's company. Just having good times / friendship.
The other thing is that we live in a society where men are persistently bashed for one reason or another,( with all due respect to women). There are many lies told about black men as well as white men. Years ago it was reported that 1 out of every 5 black males 25 and younger were HIV; an absolute LIE. Now the report is that a high rate of black women have are HIV, another lie. There is a lot of negative propaganda and lies being reported as the truth everyday . You are correct in questioning what you are hearing but there is a reason that the lies are told. Beware of what you hear especially from the television because it is the biggest brain washing tool there is. A great deal of what you hear from TV alone are lies.

Now that is a bad question. Do you think that all women shorter than 5'2" are lesbians. Or that all men with beards like ice cream. Being white doesn't have anything to do with it. Women say that their husbands are gay to justify that the spark is gone and they do not make love as much as they use to. That has nothing to do with being gay it is about the women becoming complacent and not being able to satisfy their man.

No, I disagree. I think MOST men in general are straight and a small percentage are gay. Just because men enjoy spending time hanging out with their guy friends doesn't make them gay. Just like women need same sex friends to confide in and spend time with, guys also need guy friends. I don't believe your numbers are accurate.

Just because a man wants to spend more time around other men doesn't make him gay, especially in a marriage, where the husband and wife are used to seeing each other. The man just wants to spend time drinking and watching the game with his buddies, and nothing's wrong with that, and it doesn't make him gay.

No. It's just the way we've been raised. Now, to be white is to be uncool. Back in the days of Martin Luther King Jr., being African-American was uncool. It's just how you look at it. And maybe you just live in a gay place. Lol...

Sorry but that is stupid. I do not for a minute think my husband is gay. What does race have to do with sexuality anyway?
