Pain during intercourse isn't normal. If I were you I would call your doctor and schedule an appointment to see if you have Endometriosis, this causes pain during intercourse (sex).

Common symptoms: Very painful cramps or periods, heavy periods, chronic pelvic pain (which includes lower back pain and pelvic pain), intestinal pain, pain during or after sex, infertility.

Women with endometriosis are infertile, making it one of the top three causes for female infertility.

Something else it could be is BV (Bacterial vaginosis), is the name of a condition in women where the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina is disrupted and replaced by an overgrowth of certain bacteria. It is sometimes accompanied by discharge, odor, pain, itching, or burning.

Absolutely see a doctor. Sex may hurt the first few times, but it shouldn't be an ongoing problem. You need to find out if there's a reason for the pain.

You should get checked out. It shouldnt be painful for you to have sex. Unless you're new at it, and he's rough, theres no reason for pain.

Until you get used to sex it will hurt. It hurt me for about a month and a half as a newlywed (I was a virgin up until then). The only way to get it to stop hurting is to keep doing it. Your body gets used to the friction and it stops hurting.

You should have your OB/GYN examine you. If you have painful sex, it could be due to an infection of some sort. If that is the case, it's best to get rid of it before conceiving. If it's just a matter of lubrication, you can use vegetable or olive oil. They will not damage the sperm like KY can.

Usually having sex is a good start to having a baby(there are obviously other ways but they are extremely expensive) If it is hurting that bad during intercourse you should definately see a doctor...pain during intercourse is not normal and can indicate things such as an STD, endomitriosis, etc.

maybe see a doctor. you may have an infection. or as others have said, if your new at it you'll get used to it, them ore you do it. sometimes if you wait long periods of time inbetween it can hurt a little when you start again, but not so much so that it will be uncomfortable.

Have you went to the doctor about why it hurts when you have sex? It shouldn't hurt to have sex...but if there's no underlying issues, you could always try other medical methods of conceiving.

I think you should seek help from a medical professional. It is not normal to have excruciating pain during intercourse. You may have a problem that you are not aware of. Good luck!
