They should get 1 chance to make their dunk, not 2 minutes to make a joke out of the contest. I had to stop watching it when Nate Robinson was trying over and over again to make the same dunk. Didn't I see that last year? I know for sure I won't see it next year because I won't be tuning in. Thanks NBA for ruining the best part of All -Star weekend.

I agree, although if you only give them one chance at a dunk, everyone will stick with something simple.

Nate Robinson shouldn't have even been in the finals, as Dwight Howard's sticker dunk was much more creative and better.

Agree. And thats what the NBA needs now and it would convey alot of folk decrease back to the NBA. The hype around it would be gargantuan. Minus Dwight Howard and a lil little bit of Nate Robinson, the dunk contest no longer been that exciting . listed under are the those that could definetly enter: Vince Carter Kobe Bryant Lebron James Dwight Howard Josh Smith Nate Robinson (even nonetheless i do no longer think of he might stand a raffle) Jason Richardson Andre Igudola No dunk contest could experience that.

i totally agree! it wasn't even exciting anymore when nate made it...and didn't they used to have 8 dunkers? now theres just 4, who are nobodys pretty much, the contest flies by, and i feel like an idiot for staying up to watch it. And o yea, the best and most creative dunk was the sticker dunk by dwight howard, the guy put it at 12 and a half feet!!! and he gets a 42! Bull$#!+!!! Then gerald green gets a 50 on his last dunk for a windmill, this contest is done, its been done ever since vince carter won it in 2000

I somewhat agree, just having to many tries does seem a little pointless. I also don't mind because if they had this rule out when chris anderson was in the competition I would not had seen the funniest slam dunk contest ever.

Man, the dunk contest is sick. I love it especially the year 2000 with Vince, McGrady and Francis.... wow.

You have a point. The last time there was a good all star game was in 2000.

Is it me or would you much rather have seen the judges competing than the actual contestants.
