apply eyeliner and go thick with it, and use dark colors in mid of eye lid and go light around the lid

There are a few ways you can do this. One way is to try using a white or light beige pencil in the inside of your eye, the membrane which protect your eyeball. On particular eye shapes it can look too obvious but on others it can be a very effective way to create an optical illusion of the eye, making it look bigger than it is. Make sure your eye pencil is frequently sharpened to prevent spreading bacteria in your eye. Using a darker colored shadows on the top of the especially on the top lid, can also help make the eye look bigger, I find this particularly true on darker colored eyes. Experiment using a darker color on the outside corner of your eyes and a shimmer color on the upper middle part, just above the pupil. This shimmer and help bring the eye forward and appear bigger.

Try applying dark eye shadow on the crease of your eye lid and lighter eye shadow underneath... such as using a light brown or rose color underneath and a darker brown color above it. and if you're able... use eyeliner, and maybe a little bit of mascara. You're eyes will pop!!!!! And by the way, you're eyes are pretty no matter what, everyone's are different. Don't be discouraged if they're small!! good luck... =]

Try a vanilla color on your lower lid and a darker shade in the crease.
Also when u use liner on the lower lid, it can make your eye look smaller, so be careful.

Use a lighter shad on the crease of your eye and a darker shade on the big part of your eye

Put on black eyeliner and brown eye shadow (the brown eye shadow works esspecially well if you have brown eyes) also, apply some black mascara.

I have small eyes and just by applying ANY light color makes them look bigger.....

You can use darker colors, and you also can use black eye liner under your eyes thats what makes myine look big.
