Also do you thiink that ken hitchcock was the right coice as coach? Do you think that one or more blue jackets will be traded? And finally who do you think is the best player in the franchise besides Rick Nash?

If so, it will be wayyyyy down the road. I like Rick Nash, but can't help but feel that he is something of an underachiever (injuries or not). Don't even get me started on Nik Zherdev! David Vyborny, though, is one of the more unheralded performers in the league.

Columbus needs to find serviceable goaltending and also needs to boost the overall young talent in the organization. Suffice to say, Fredrik Modin and Anson Carter should be moved if any halfway decent offer arises.

In conclusion, the Jackets need to rebuild from the bottom up before any dreams about the Stanley Cup can be entertained.

I love Hitchcock as a coach. The passing is actually what I would call passing. Before they could not pass the puck. We have some good talent. Fedorov and Foote are on their way out. Vyborny has said he will only leave once his child is ready for school. He wants to take him back to his home country for school. We have potential. I hope to make it to the playoffs next season. Rick is a good player, but the rumor is his girlfriend is causing the problems. Someone needs to tell him women weaken legs. I think Nik Zherdev needs kicked in the butt a couple of more times and he will get it. He needs to stop being so fancy and just pass the puck!

As far as being traded rumors are Bryan Berad. I hope he does go. I don't like his style or attitude. He is really cocky! As soon as he leaves then I think young defensemen will have a better chance of playing. Aaron Johnson has been a healthy scratch 6 of the last 7 games. That is crazy. He has more potential than Bryan does.

Oh, definitely. Ken Hitchcock as coach, Rick Nash and Sergei Federov (if he can find his sride again)....they just need a solid goalie for the final piece of the puzzle.

No. The Blue Jackets are like the Lions. They throw a whole bunch of talent together with no regard for style or health, expect them to put on a good performance, and wonder why they can't do anything when they lose.
