The pimple could be getting re-irritated from the organisms in your nasal mucus. Try blowing your nose and then immediately lightly washing the area under your nose. Avoid touching the area since hands always have organisms on them that could irritate your skin. Also think about how often you bathe your pets and what kind of soap/shampoo you use. Some allergies can come not from pet dander, but from allergens in the products you use.
For treatment, try some Clearasil cream on the area at bedtime (just on the small area of the pimple, this medication drys skin easily). They also have colored Clearasil ointment you could wear during the day that would help to cover the pimple.
If these over the counter remedies do not work, you could try asking a pharmacist (at any drug store- CVS, Walgreen's, Target, etc). Another thing to think about is watching your diet. Any fats and oils you eat or drink can easily cause pus to build up and cause pimples. Try drinking more water and eating more fruits and vegetables instead of fried foods, chips, pop, candy etc.

Here's the deal to get rid of the sucker, first you need two things, ice and septic stick (what men use for shaving).
Why?
First Ice will reduce the inflamation and swelling and help kill the bacteria under the skin and shrink the pore down :)
Second odd as septic seems to be it's best when you have oozy coming out it will stop it under 1 minute instead of waiting forever for the goop to stop.
Typically spetic will not hurt and cost about $1 and last forever, it works on stopping bleeding, but also ooz coming from zits, and you can camoflouge the zit quicker after the septic stop the bleeding.
Also the Ice a few things I do is I take 1 cube wrap it in a disposable towel then place it on the spot no longer then 5 minuets and with the towel no frost bite.

As many others have said - hold a hot washcloth on the area. It will bring the "gunk" to the surface, and it will drain much better and heal more quickly. Your blemish will not heal if there is still an infection underneath, so repeat this process until it's completely drained and stopped oozing on its own. Washing your face with a gentle acne-treating cleanser will help (I like Neutrogena - I find it's effective without being too drying). Keep your hands away from your face, and also use anti-bacterial hand gel liberally; most people touch their face hundreds of times a day without even realizing it, so this limits the spread of germs.
If this does not help, see a dermatologist - they have access to treatments that aren't available over the counter, and can help to minimize any scarring that occurs after a breakout.

i have had mild acne on and off for 2 years. i learned this trick from a friend. wash your face nightly with baking soda and water. in the morning use witch hazel. works for me. always wash hands before touching your face. fun little fact: the average person has 10 times more germs on their hands than your toilet at home! icky, to say the least. neosporin ointment for that single zit. it's antibacterial and prevents scar.
