Making a commercial? help please?

I'm doing a project for English. We had to read a book and make a commercial about it. I need ideas for the script and what to do. I read The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks. Will you please help me?

watch tv and get some ideas. try to sell the book. try giving a brief summary of the book, without giving away the ending. give a phone number and a piece for it.

Why not make a Movie Trailer, using pieces of the plot from the book?
