San Diego because of the warmer weather and beaches and the party atmoshpere. The water isn't warm enough to swim in w/o a wetsuit but it's still usually pretty nice and warm at the beach. You can also drink on the beach which you can't do anywhere else in CA. Also you can head south to TJ and Rosarito for a night or two. Rosarito is a real popular spring break location for college kids and you only have to be 18 to drink in Mexico. I would try to stay in Pacific Beach, more college kids and great nightlife. Downtown is also really great with all the nightlife there and things to do.

San Diego is a fun place and it has good weather. There are lots of things to do...especially outdoor activities like beach volleyball, hiking, biking, kayaking, renting jet skis.
