With everything Anna was experincing I'm surprised that noone is talking about Post Pardum Depression. Not Psychosis, where you want to hurt the baby, but depression, anxiety, sleep deprivation and inability to eat. In most of the pictures I've seen it us usually Howard K. Stern holding and feeding the baby. It also seemed unusual that Anna was found by herself without her young child. I also find her death very similar to Marilyn Monroe who she seemed to idolize. I hope she didn't want to follow in her foot steps. It is so sad that maybe this could have been prevented with the right intervention.

I know, everyone has focused on her lifestyle, and not the fact that she was a human being with feelings. My goodness, she had just lost her son five months prier to her death and had a baby at the same time! I have three children and I don't know if I could cope at all if I lost one of them!

I guess it is because she has abused drugs long before she was pregnant. That is no secret. I do find it strange that she was alone.. but with the combo of drugs in her system it was awful. I also thought about Marilyn Monroe when she died.. they were alot alike. Norma died at 36 and Vicky at 39.. that is pretty close. History repeats itself often. I am just feeling sorry for the baby now.. seems like everyone is coming out of the wood work claiming to be the babies father. It is just sad!

Post Pardum would be a viable diagnosis, but from a media stand point, not tabloid enough. As for the baby not being with her, she died in Florida, if the baby was in the States, the courts could order that she not be removed from this jurisdiction and have the DNA test preformed.

What I want to know is why are we hearing so much as it is? None of us are directly tied to her, yet, everyone thinks they have a personal interest. I know, I know, we live in a culture that pretty much thrives on celebrity (no matter how pathetic the celebrity is) and nothing else matters. That's sure how it seems these days. All these headline stealers (Anna Nicole, Britney, etc.) are/were really poor pathetic individuals who never deserved half the attention they receive.

i never thought of that. I had it bad with both of my kids for at least a year after. it is really hard. I think she was in a hard place. It must suck to be a celerbr ity. i mean you have money but no privacy. you do something a little wrong and you are on the cover of 10 mags aweek. I like to be alone.
