No, I haven't had that happen, but if it did, I'd probably figure the person was either mentally handicapped and didn't realize he was being rude, or else he was in such a hurry that being rude wasn't a concern for him. ie- if he got a call on his cell that there was an emergency.
I try to give people the benefit of the doubt.

most of the time I AM in a good mood and just go aHem
with my throat and let the IDIOT go on by, they MUST be something going on in their head ...they must be in some kind of rush to be so rude..
I just smile and let them go
on those rare occasions when am not in a good mood I keep hitting the back of their ankles with the shopping cart..over and over again..and if they say anything..I say something like..well you JUMPED in front of me in line, so maybe just jump on out and your ankles will be saved...
but I rarely do this, because am usually in a great mood!

not yet, but when i see these people with that nervous
anxious i need to get out look. I'll let them go ahead of
me, I'm never in a hurry, so why wait until they make
an a&& of themselves & get me angery, you know what
i mean. like, ok, just go..............................
