As you know, oyur breasts will change shape due to breastfeeding, and the hormones involved. they will never be as good as they were before, but exercises for the pectoral muscles will help them be better supported and not so droopy. Join a post pregnancy exercise class to make sure the exercises you do are safe after giving birth etc

Best ways to keep breasts firm (in this order)

1. Good genes - you must be lucky enough to inherit supple, elastic skin that is not prone to scarring, stretchmarks and sagging. This is THE most important thing. I have this, my skin is tight, while I have some chub, nothing sags, nothing hangs, nothing wrinkles, I had three kids not a single stretch mark, my scars heal nicely. Breastfed three kids and my breasts got bigger, not smaller and while they are not like they were when I was 18 they are very nice. Believe me I did nothing to help this along, no creams, no lotions, not even exercise. Good genes only, this is the most important part. Most people do not have skin this elastic.

2. Secondly, don't gain and/or lose a huge amount of weight when pregnant (or ever). Don't let your breasts get hugely engorged when the milk comes in. Pump and feed to regularly empty the breasts. Wean slowly instead of suddenly.

3. Thirdly, always, always wear a bra all the time from now on, especially when you are nursing and breasts are heavier and bigger.

4. Next, work out at the gym, do a lot of arm, shoulder and chest exercises with weights to keep area toned and muscles tight. You can also keep the area moisturized but again, no lotion is going to do much good, but it can't hurt.

and actually this last way to keep breasts firm is actually #2 but you said you wouldn't consider it so I stuck it here:

5. When you are done having kids have a breast lift, if necessary with implants to fluff them up a bit.

There is not a way! I have two children and I breast fed both of them. My breasts are like tube socks with rocks in the bottom!!!

The thing to do is wear supportive bras, exercise, and eat a healthy diet. This should get you somewhere. But your breasts will never be the same!

Maybe look at it as a right of passage. Or think of it as a trade. You have two beautiful children - but you had to give up your beautiful breasts.

The only thing other than what I already wrote is cosmetic surgery...but you are against it. So, keep a healthy lifestyle and maybe think about the change in your breasts as positive change!

Good Luck to you and God Bless you!

PS: I have tried using lotions and creams-they have not worked. Having good genes is probably your best bet.

Exercise! Stand or sit with your arms extended in front of you. Bend your elbows and clasp your hands in front of you so that they are nearly touching your chin. Now push your hands together then relax, push together, relax etc. You should feel the muscles moving in your breasts. Do this about 50 times each day, or as many times as you can manage. You can also stand about 3 feet away from the wall. Put both hands flat on the wall at shoulder height and do 'standing' push ups. Ok.

Well there's not much you can do. I brestfed my son for 13 months. I would maybe recommend using some different kinds of firming cream after you finish breastfeeding. Also, always wear a supportive bra.

too late.

The breast tissue gets loose and does not recover well from weight gain and loss, and this includes the expansion and contraction from breast feeding children.

Just keep them well supported in a quality well fitted support bra. Do not gain excess weight. Focus on your health and the health of the children. Breast feeding is the best thing for the health of each. Just adjust mentally to the higher priority of functioning well and nurturing healthy children.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. The item boosts your metabolism and raises natural ephadrine, the hormone which burns fat. According to Jeya Henry, professor of human nutrition at Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon within your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 percent!

Please take the following steps after understanding the medical basis. 1)Make chest muscles strong--This is done by stretching your arms to sides atleast 30 times a day. 2)Small muscles in breast become strong by pressing the breasts with your palms for 12-15 minutes daily. 3)Have romantic sex regularly.Tis increases tone of the breast by psychological and hormonal changes.

My midwife told me that it's not breast feeding that changes your boobs, but pregnancy it'self, and as long as you have a really well fitting maternity bra you should be okay.
I used to be a lap dancer, so my boobs and me have a good relationship. I breastfeed for three months and they are still in good nick, but I NEVER took my maternity bra off, except to wash, and even then they were so enormous I held them! I checked the straps everyday too, as we tend to adjust the straps once and then forget about it.
Good luck.
