yeah there is this guy that i like but i totally messed up with him by telling him my friend likes him but she was too scared her boyfriend would find out so she went up to him and told him that i like him and i dont know what to do anything i think about just sounds lame and he would totally think i come from planet wierdow. i thought of apologizing but i dont want him to think i m totallyfollingfor him even though i m. i thought of sending him a letter with a sorry song but i m affraid it would b btoo corny and plus i really dont want to be a kiss up to him. can i please get some advice especially from the boys.:) thanx yoll

Well, I wouldn't say that you "totally messed up", but you messed up. This is what you get for getting involved with and for another potential couple. Don't do that again (I'm sure you won't).
I don't think there is anything wrong with an honest and direct apology. Tell him you "messed up", your sorry you tried to manage the universe, and explain that you'd like to make it right. Then, let him have his say. He might be understanding, kind, and forgiving. If he's not, you don't want him as a boyfriend, anyway, right?
Treat him with respect and have confidence in his response. If he "messes up", at least you've given him a chance.
