This can't exist in this form, which is uncharged. 2 Na's gives a 2+ charge and 3 NO3's gives a 3- charge, so this molecule would have an overall charge of -1. If you added one more sodium to balance the charges, it would be called sodium nitrate, and would actually be written just NaNO3 (that is the simplest ratio between all the atoms...writing Na3(NO3)3 would just be redundant.)

No it can't exist.

The highest oxidation state Na can be in is +1
The highest oxidation state NO3 can be in is -1
