I can.
I think that most of the actresses in Hollywood are only average-looking or a little above in the beginning... you'd be *shocked* at what good hair & makeup and wardrobe can do for a person.
Of course there are those rare few that would be beautiful no matter what... but more often than not, the Hollywood beauties we see are little more than airbrushed, well-dressed plastic.

I think Katie Curic is a little above average looking, she's not beautiful, but not ugly either.

Most people in Hollywood as well as musicians are average looking. It's amazing what hair and makeup people can do !
