I have a 20 page document and would like to convert into 10 different languages. Ideas how?

One idea I had was to hire college students with majors/minors in those languages..I figured this is done on a regular basis and was hoping for more creative answers.
What do others do..

You would need to pay professional translators for that and it will cost you a fortune.

Translation software is crap and everything is grammatically incorrect if you use it.
