In Grey's Anatomy, it was the first time I'd watched the show, a girl was in the OR with her hand inside some man taking out a bomb in surgery. The surgery went well and the bomb was handed over to, I guess, an agent of the bomb squad and he made his way down the hall slowly. The nurse, however curious, just had to get one last look at the man as he walked away and just then, BOOM! It exploded and she was caught up in the blast, hurt but not dead. Nothing was said of the man who was carrying the bomb. Did he get blown away?

Yes the man did die in that episode but if you watch it this thursday you will see him again and then you will understand why they played a old episode after the new one.

Blown to smithereens ! He was holding the bomb when it exploded , of course he was destroyed entirely !
