People always say diet and exercise, in regards to SLIMMING my recommendation is yoga. You get nice lean sexy muscles, I do 20 minutes a day and that's it! I also don't feel bad eating desert and I am able to maintain my body how I love it!

Any case dont take meds and risk your health.. If you are still slightly more weighty than others of your age or height, dont worry, think it is your gene and fat people are also nice to look... than lean and often weak folk... Try the color suggestion given by some here...
